Free shipping on orders over $75

1. Payment Policy: BuzzandFuzz.com accepts the following types of payments: PayPal payments and major credit cards. We use an SSL secure server to collect your payment information. We have NO minimum order. Except for Paypal payments, your credit card will not be charged until the day your package is shipped. You will be notified by email when your package ships (usually 1-2 business days).

2. Return Policy: BuzzandFuzz.com will replace most items not meeting your expectations. ALL returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by BuzzandFuzz.com. Contact us to receive an authorization. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns.

3. Shipping Policy: BuzzandFuzz.com ships via USPS Priority Mail using a flat rate box. We charge the USPS flat rate shipping fee (currently $8.95), unless otherwise specified. All orders with merchandise total over $75--shipping is on us!

4. Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. All damage claims must be verified by USPS. Please contact us if your shipment is damaged. Leave your damaged items in the original box for a USPS representative to inspect. We cannot honor any claims that have not been verified by USPS.

5. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and would never sell, trade, or share your information. The information we collect with your order is only to insure we can get your package to you. We will not send promotional emails to you unless you opt-in.

6. Contact Policy: We respond to emails as quickly as possible. Be sure that our response is not blocked by any Spam guards (add buzzandfuzz to your safe list). If you do not hear back from us within 2 business days, please contact us again.
